Becoming a contributor Most photo stock agencies only accept professional photographers as contributors and require contributors to sign long lasting agreements. This is not the case with Wildlifestockphoto.com! We will accept contributions from both professional and amateur photographers without making you sign long lasting agreements. We accept high-resolution digital originals from digital cameras as well as high quality scans taken from transparencies and slides. To keep down our overhead costs we unfortunately cannot accept slides.
What do we offer to contributors? Most stock agencies offer around 60% of the license sales to the contributor and take 40% of the license sales for themselves. Most agencies also require the contributor to give the agency the exclusive rights to the submitted images for 12 months or longer. What we offer to contributors is the following:

Payment every three months via PayPal
The right to set the price for your own images*
The right to terminate your agreement with Wildlifestockphoto.com giving us only three months notice**
The right to retract individual images at any time***
* Although you can set the price for your images the minimal fee for Wildlifestockphoto.com is €10 per image sold.
**You can not terminate your agreement if any images of yours have been sold as rights managed. In that case we will remove all of your images from our database except the ones that have been sold as rights managed.
**You can not retract images which have been sold as rights managed.
How do you become a contributor to wildlifestockphoto.com
The following steps outline the steps involved in becoming a contributor to wildlifestockphoto.com:
Contribute a minumum of three of your best pictures for quality review. Pictures can be submitted through e-mail, land mail (on CD or DVD) or through FTP.
Contribute through land mail Please send a CD or DVD containing your quality review pictures to:

Contribute through FTP Should you wish to upload your quality review pictures to our FTP server then please contact us through contributor@wildlifestockphoto.com.. Upon receipt of your request we will create an account on our FTP server and mail you the account details.
After receiving your quality review pictures we will review the pictures.
If the pictures passed our quality control we will send you a contributor agreement. After we have received a signed copy of this agreement you are free to submit images to the stock library using e-mail, land mail or FTP.
Upon receiving a submission to the stock library we will upload the submitted images to the library and make them available for sale.
Image pricing
You can either let Wildlifestockphoto.com determine the price of your images, or you can set your own price. When you set the price of your images yourself please keep in mind that while Wildlifestockphoto.com only charges 25% of the license sales the minimum license sale fee per image for Wildlifestockphoto.com is €10.
Image requirements
All images submitted to us must conform to the following minimum requirements:
Minimum image dimensions 3000x2000 pixels
Camera raw format preferred, TIFF also acceptable
TIFF format files should be in RGB mode
No sharpening allowed
No image interpolation allowed
Please avoid making curves, levels, brightness or contrast adjustments
We reserve the right to reject images even if the image conforms to the specified requirements.
